Our Family Faith Program Mission

To communicate the treasures of faith to our children and their parents.
We share a journey of faith towards encountering Jesus, breaking open the Word,

breaking bread with others and sharing the Good News with all those in need.
We strive to “Be the Church.”

2024-2025 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

REGISTRATION FAMILY FAITH FORMATION INFORMATION

'It is essential that all forms of the liturgy be completely accessible to persons with disabilities... To exclude members of the parish from these celebrations of the life of the Church, even by passive omission, is to deny the reality of that community. ...Realistic provision must be made for persons with disabilities to participate fully in the Eucharist and other liturgical celebrations . All people by reason of their baptism are equal in dignity in the sight of God. " (From Pastoral Statement of U.S. Catholic Bishops on Persons with Disabilities, November 1978, revised 1989.)

As we start off this new season, we want all in our community to know that all are welcomed. Notre Dame and its family formation program welcomes all children and strives to work with parents and families to make the Sacraments and Liturgy accessible to children with disabilities.
