These gatherings provide an opportunity for adults who are seeking to hear more about what it means to be a Catholic Christian, to discuss Church beliefs, to read and share ideas about scripture and to experience prayer.

The person receiving the sacrament should sit with their palms facing upward. After being anointed on the head and hands, please return to your pew so that others may have the opportunity to receive the sacrament.

    If you or someone in your family is in need of this healing sacrament at another time, contact the parish center for a priest to come and administer the Sacrament of the Sick.

Homeless Sleepout

  • Description: Teens will transform the front lawn of the church into a homeless community where they will get a firsthand taste of what it is truly like be homeless. They will also be collecting non-perishable food items for the Food Pantry and the Community Food Bank of NJ. We invite you to stop by between 8 pm and 8 am with donations and to support our teens.

Turkey Drive

  • Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Description: FROZEN TURKEYS FOR THANKSGIVING are needed this year for the Community Food Bank of New Jersey. Last year the state was looking for 35,000 turkeys; this year the need is 30,000.

    To assist in this effort, FROZEN TURKEYS may be dropped off on Saturday, November 23rd - 9 am to 12 pm. There will be a truck parked in the lower lot on the Mill St. side of the church. Also needed are “nonperishable” items such as stuffing, canned vegetables, cranberry sauce, etc. (no glass jars please.) Turkeys will be distributed by the Community Food Bank of NJ.
    All volunteers are welcome, including students needing Community Service hours.
